26 Social Systems is the tool 26 Branding Agency Inc. uses to plan, schedule and
publish social media content on behalf of the businesses we work for. It runs at
social.26.systems.
What this is
26 Social Systems is the social media dashboard operated by 26 Branding Agency Inc., a
marketing agency in Quebec, Canada. It is the private system our team uses to produce and
deliver the social media content our clients pay us for. Every client is a real business that
has hired us, and every account we publish to belongs to that client.
What it does
- Plans a content calendar for each client and holds the approved photos, videos and captions.
- Schedules posts, carousels, reels and stories, then publishes them at the planned time.
- Publishes to the client's own Facebook Page, Instagram account and TikTok account.
- Collects the comments and messages those posts receive so our team can answer them.
- Reports back on how each post performed.
How TikTok is used
TikTok is one of the platforms a client can choose to publish to. Nothing is connected or
posted automatically.
- The client signs in with TikTok themselves and authorises their own account. We never ask
for or hold a client's TikTok password.
- We read only the basic profile information TikTok returns, so the person posting can see
which account a video is about to go to.
- A video is uploaded only after the client has approved it, and the person posting chooses
the audience setting and the interaction settings on the post screen before it is sent.
- A client can disconnect their TikTok account at any time, and can also revoke our access
from inside the TikTok app.
26 Social Systems is a private tool for our staff and our clients. It is not a public service
and there is no public sign up. The sign in page below is where authorised users log in.
